Ares Elite Sports Vision, LLC ("Ares Elite," "we," "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through areselitesports.vision (the "Site"), how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

• Information you provide: name, email, phone, and details you submit through assessment, contact, booking, newsletter, and certification forms.
• Purchase information: when you buy from our shop, payment is processed by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
• Automatic information: device, browser, pages viewed, and referral/UTM parameters, collected via standard analytics and cookies to understand how the Site is used.
• Usage analytics: we record anonymous usage events on our own servers — which pages are viewed and which steps of our tools are reached — under a random, per-visit identifier that is deleted when you close the tab. No name, email, phone number or cookie is attached. The Site does not currently use Google Analytics or the Meta Pixel. Enabling Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control in your browser opts you out of all of this, including our own first-party measurement.
• Session analytics: we use Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use the Site. Clarity records how pages are viewed and interacted with — clicks, scrolling, mouse movement and navigation — and aggregates that into heatmaps and session replays. Text you type into form fields, your assessment answers and your reaction test results are masked in these recordings and are not captured. Passwords and payment details are not captured. Clarity sets its own first-party cookies (_clck and _clsk) on this Site to recognise a returning browser and to group page views into one session. We do not attach your name, email or phone number to this data. Microsoft processes it as described in the Microsoft Privacy Statement. You can opt out by enabling Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control in your browser, or by blockingclarity.ms.

Protected Health Information (clinical services)

Health information created or received in connection with a clinical evaluation or training program is handled separately from this Site under our clinical Notice of Privacy Practices and applicable law. Marketing and e-commerce data collected through this Site is not the same as your clinical record. Contact us for our clinical privacy practices.

How we use information

• To respond to inquiries, schedule evaluations, and deliver products and services.
• To send updates, educational content, and offers you have asked to receive (you can unsubscribe anytime).
• To operate, secure, and improve the Site.

Service providers

We share information with vendors who help us run the business, including Stripe (payments), Resend (email), Microsoft Bookings (appointments), and Fourthwall (apparel fulfillment). They may use your information only to provide services to us.

Children's privacy

Some of our athletes are minors. We do not knowingly collect information directly from children under 13 without a parent or guardian. Parents/guardians typically submit information on a minor athlete's behalf. Contact us to review or remove a minor's information.

Your choices & rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and you may opt out of marketing email at any time. To make a request, email info@areselitesportsvision.com.

Data retention & security

We retain information for as long as needed to provide services and meet legal obligations, and we use reasonable safeguards to protect it. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
